Job Description

You are a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a keen focus on financial integrity, risk management, and compliance, coupled with experience in the EPC and Contracting industry. You have actively contributed to an IPO journey and are now seeking to join a rapidly expanding organization with ambitious growth plans.

As a DGM / GM Finance (Internal Audit), your primary objective will be to enhance our internal audit function, ensure governance excellence, and provide support for our growth roadmap, including IPO preparedness. The role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, within the EPC/Contracting sector, under the Finance & Accounts department.
Your key responsibilities will include leading internal audit processes across all departments and projects, identifying risk areas, proposing mitigation strategies, and guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and SOPs. You will also be involved in supporting IPO documentation and audits, ensuring financial accuracy and due diligence, and collaborating with consultants, legal, and audit firms for a smooth IPO execution.

Moreover, you will be tasked with establishing a robust internal risk framework, preparing audit reports, risk assessments, and actionable insights for the leadership team. Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as SEBI, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory regulations will be part of your routine. You will also drive enhancements in internal governance, cost controls, and audit procedures.
Additionally, your role will involve implementing systems and tools for automated, real-time auditing, suggesting process optimizations, and enforcing ERP-integrated audit workflows to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.,
