Summary: The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales for second home properties by contacting potential clients, providing property information, and scheduling site visits. They will play a key role in building relationships with prospects and converting them into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to potential clients based on target lists, Excel data, and other sources.

? Provide detailed information about available second home properties, including location, amenities, pricing, and project details.

? Answer questions from potential clients about properties and address their concerns.

? Determine the interest level of potential clients and identify their specific needs and requirements.

? Arrange appointments or site visits for interested clients with site manager.

? Maintain and update customer records in the Excel.

? Follow up with prospects to gauge interest, answer questions, and nurture leads.

? Work towards closing deals by providing excellent service and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum HSC Required
• 1+ years' previous real esate sales experience
