Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Product Owner (CPO) to lead the product management function for an Enterprise Logistics Application deployed across Europe and Dubai. This role involves strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery leadership across a large, cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and prioritize product topics and team capacities across multiple markets.
- Manage demand intake and requirement prioritization for all regions.
- Define Epics and Features for development teams; support Product Owners in breaking them down into actionable User Stories using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and market representatives.
- Handle escalations and provide regular management updates.
- Coordinate cross-team and cross-product dependencies to ensure seamless delivery.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within agile project environments (Scrum, SAFe).
- Familiarity with Microservice Architecture, FOSS, and Cloud technologies.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and X-Ray.
- Advanced English proficiency: German language skills are a plus.

- Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills, especially in complex projects.
- Skilled in moderating large group discussions and workshops.
- Experience in international collaboration and stakeholder management.
- High degree of self-management, initiative, and reliability.
- Open-minded and adaptable to diverse working environments.
- Willingness to travel for onsite engagements (a few weeks as needed).
