Job Description
Role: OTA Update Campaign Manager
The OTA Update Campaign Manager ensures the correct preparation, implementation, evaluation and monitoring of the corresponding campaigns (Development, System Integration, Production, Post Production, Customer Campaigns)
Also responsible for 3rd level support in the context of the Mercedes me connect support concept and for processing the customer tickets assigned to the Software Update service
Developing OTA campaigns for customers, quality management (QM), and validation studies
Creating and managing OTA update packages of varying complexity

Assure quality of the rules with the aid of the product data documentation by the Development department in a system-supported manner
The OTA Update Campaign Manager defines key performance indicators with the OTA working group for each campaign as a basis for monitoring and successful implementation of the OTA update
