Product Manager-Mobile App(B2B SaaS)

A day in the life of this role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own Merittos mobile app — used daily by counsellors, marketing teams, institute admins, and outreach teams to manage leads, calls, follow-ups, and application workflows on the move.

This is a full-time, IC role with high ownership and direct visibility to the Head of Product.

What You Will Do

• Own the mobile product roadmap, aligned to Merittos platform (CRM, Marketing, Application, Post-Application, Mio AI)
• Identify mobile-specific opportunities through user research, support ticket analysis, and field visits to institutions
• Write crisp PRDs with clear problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and App Store / Play Store release cycles
• Define and instrument key mobile metrics: DAU/MAU, feature adoption, session depth, crash-free rate, and counsellor productivity KPIs
• 
  Work with the Mio AI team to surface AI-powered nudges and workflow intelligence on mobile
• Enable GTM (Sales, CS, Marketing) with clear feature positioning, demo flows, and release communications

What were looking for

• 3–6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning a mobile product (iOS and/or Android) end-to-end
• Strong grasp of mobile-specific constraints: performance, offline behaviour, push notification strategy, deep linking, and app store optimisation
• Proven ability to write high-quality PRDs and translate complex B2B workflows into simple, elegant mobile experiences
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features on mobile (e.g. intelligent nudges, voice agents, or conversational interfaces)
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Zoho Analytics, or similar) and SQL-level data exploration
• Excellent cross-functional communication — can align engineering, design, and GTM without authority
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with field-facing or workflow-heavy user personas

Good to Have

• Familiarity with education technology, CRM, or workflow automation domains
• Experience with React Native or hybrid mobile architectures (technical empathy, not coding required)
• Prior work on counsellor-facing or field-team productivity apps
