Private Equity Analyst - Mid-Market

What role you will play in team: You'll be involved in all stages of the investment process, from sourcing to exit.

What you will do: Analyze investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support portfolio company management.

Key responsibility:

• Sourcing and screening potential investment opportunities
• Conducting financial due diligence and valuation
• Developing and presenting investment recommendations
• Monitoring portfolio companies and providing support
  
• Preparing investment committee memos and presentations
• Working closely with portfolio company management teams

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution
• 2-4 years of experience in private equity or investment banking
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
