As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing manual test cases and scripts. You will participate in agile estimation, record test results, log defects, and track issues to closure. Working closely with cross-functional teams, project stakeholders, and clients to plan test schedules, execute test plans/cases, and ensure high-quality product delivery. Additionally, you will review functional and technical documentation to identify requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Coordination of testing efforts across teams, providing status updates, and recommending improvements to product reliability, performance, and QA best practices. The role requires primary working hours from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. IST.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manual software testing, proven expertise in manual testing techniques, strong experience designing and maintaining regression test suites, and a passion for understanding the application end-to-end. Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills are essential. Demonstrated capability to work effectively in a distributed (remote/hybrid) team environment is required.

Additional knowledge about databases like SQL, API Testing tools like Postman and Karate, and Performance Testing is a plus.
