With over 25 years of experience in India, the company is known for its professional trade fair and conference organization in various industries like automotive, textiles, technology, and consumer goods.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager - Exhibition Sales, located in Mumbai.

The role involves planning, implementation and smooth operation of a specific Exhibition. Responsibility of the job role includes achievement of overall show target as well as assigned individual target and is also responsible for overall Team Management.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the respective exhibitions assigned to himher are actively promoted and marketed through the help of the marketing team using all relevant channels
  • Undertake basic lead research activities so build potential client database
  • To define the Exhibition scope, goals and deliverables and resource requirements
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential exhibitors through telemarketing and one to one meeting
  • Represent the organization by attending exhibition in the relevant territory or if required across India
  • Ensure a high standard of professionalism across verbal and non-verbal communication
  • To constantly monitor and report on progress of the Exhibition to Management through submission of weekly reports.
  • To manage Exhibition resource allocation and schedule Exhibition timelines
  • To create and monitor promotions to enhance the visitor foot fall at the shows and upselling to clients and to deliver targeted results within budget and deliver growth at the event
  • To liaison at all levels for business Corporate, Public Sector, Government and building credibility and lasting relationships with prospects
  • To implement and manage Exhibition changes and interventions to achieve Exhibition outputs

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Experience

3-5 years of experience in similar or Exhibitions Sales and Show management capacity.
