International Product Growth Manager, India Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Meta family of apps is well adapted to be successful in India
• Provide local insights — identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for Metas success in India
• Explore and identify strategic growth opportunities in India leveraging internal and external resources as well as in-country activities
• Drive solutions that address the identified market-specific opportunities
• Influence and partner with product teams to execute on the solutions
• Partner with the analytics team to identify high-impact opportunities, validate key findings, and measure impact of execution
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product growth, or business strategy
• Experience in the understanding of the India market, including its unique challenges and opportunities
• Native fluency in one or more indigenous languages used in India, such as Hindi, as this role requires the understanding of local product landscape and cultural context to develop solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration experiences, with the ability to work effectively with and influence cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and analytics across different countries and cultures, in English
