Partner Solutions Manager (Short Term Employment)

The Global Partnerships team at Meta is responsible for fostering relationships with top and emerging partners across creators, public figures, sports leagues, and media. Focusing on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Meta AI and WhatsApp, the team helps drive product priorities with partners across Metas family of apps. To support this effort, Meta is seeking a Partner Solutions Manager. This role will focus on driving product adoption, operational efficiency, and business value for both Meta and its key partners in the region. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Strategic Partner Managers and XFN teams to provide strategic planning, reporting and analysis, relationship co-management, product insights, and education, ultimately helping to accelerate success for both Meta and its partners in India
Partner Solutions Manager (Short Term Employment) Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive strategies and programs that drive product adoption and partner business value through Metas family of apps
• Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to regularly analyze the performance of partner accounts/pages to identify areas of improvement and/or opportunities for product adoption
• Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular reports on partner performance, goal tracking, market trends and forecasting to identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team
• Relationship Co-Management: Working along with Strategic Partner Managers, support managed partners with product education, partner deep-dives, escalation management, product consultations, and liaise with internal stakeholders to propose innovative solutions
• Support Product Go-To Market: Working with partners and internal teams on product launches and tests. Coordinating access, education, product feedback, and measurement
• Product Expertise: Share product expertise and educate partners on our best practices & new products to help them accelerate their growth. Serve as a product expert for internal partnership teams and partners

• Cross-functional collaboration: act as an internal advocate on behalf of partners with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional counterparts to build solutions at scale
• Thought Leadership: Leverage data-led insights and narratives to help drive strategic decision-making. Proactively synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results as they relate to the ecosystem. Use market-specific knowledge and insights to support the execution of our business goals
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital or Entertainment
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and forecasting, able to turn data into meaningful narratives
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Initiative-driven individual with a strong track record of taking ownership and driving results in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations
• Knowledge of the entertainment & media ecosystem in India
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple competing demands and projects, driving focus towards high-impact outcomes in a dynamic environment
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
