Responsibilities:

? Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential international clients through

proactive outreach, market research, and strategic prospecting. Collaborate with

marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and strategies.

? Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling to nurture and

qualify leads. Effectively communicate Thriving Springs value proposition and

tailor messages to resonate with international prospects.

? Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and

ensure a smooth handover for further engagement. Collaborate with

cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align strategies and

messaging.

? Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and

teams.

Requirements:

? Proven experience (2-5 years) in SaaS sales, lead generation, and cold calling,

ideally within the HR Tech sector.

? Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and

engaging demeanor.

? Familiarity with international sales processes and cultural nuances.

? Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software.

? Willing to work on-site from our office in Hyderabad
