Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Erode for a Showroom Sales Manager. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing showroom staff, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, implementing strategies to optimize sales performance, delivering exemplary customer service, and maintaining operational excellence within the showroom. The manager will also identify sales opportunities, engage customers effectively, and ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills to build strong relationships and ensure excellent customer experiences
• Sales and Sales Management skills to lead teams, achieve targets, and drive revenue growth
• Expertise in managing showroom operations and maintaining a professional retail environment
• Leadership abilities, team-building skills, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven track record in a similar retail or sales management role is highly desirable
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with retail management software
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
