Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Lead creation.
• Account creation and contact entry.
• Follow Up with customer for invoices/statement of accounts/purchase orders.
  

What You Need to Succeed
Educational Qualification:

• Commerce graduate or postgraduate with first class grade.
  

Technical Skills:

• Up to 1 year work experience in back-office process.
• 
  SAP CRM knowledge preferable.
• Shared service background will be an advantage.
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong business communication (written and verbal)
• MS office tools proficiency
• Good interpersonal skills
