Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation And Prospecting
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Client Engagement
Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Develop and implement short and long-term growth strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify and acquire new clients, partners, distributors, and channel opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing to evaluate feasibility and demand for new food products (frozen, organic, processed, functional, etc.).
Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships, contracts, and supply agreements.
Identify new revenue streams (e.g., private labels, HoReCa channels, retail chains, e-commerce platforms).
Work with finance and logistics teams to build business cases and optimize pricing and supply models.
Market Analysis
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Provide insights to improve offerings and strategies.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on market trends, consumer preferences, competitive benchmarks, product positioning, and category dynamics.
Analyse data from internal and external sources

Develop forecasting models to evaluate future demand and sales potential.
Prepare strategic reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
Reporting And Coordination
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria* - Masters degree in Food technology / Agriculture/ Horticulture, Food Processing or MBA with UG food related background
Communication Skills - Hindi preferred, Interested in Sales or marketing role.
