Fund Raising/M&A/Debt Advisory - Professional Service Firm

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance professional to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of capital markets within Bangalore's real estate ecosystem. This is a high-impact middle management opportunity where you'll drive both business development and transaction execution for fund-raising, M&A, and debt advisory mandates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across fund raising, M&A, and debt advisory.
- Leverage your strong network with senior management of leading Bangalore-based real estate developers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic financial insights and innovative solutions.
2. Transaction Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of capital market mandates - from deal origination, structuring, due diligence to closure.
- Coordinate across internal teams, clients, investors, and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track market trends, investor appetite, and sectoral developments to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
- Contribute strategic inputs to shape the firm's positioning in the real estate finance domain.
4. Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with developers, investors, financial institutions, and advisors.
- Represent the firm as a subject matter expert in industry events and forums.
5. Financial Structuring & Advisory
- Design innovative and customized financial structures that create value and mitigate risk.
- Evaluate capital-raising alternatives and develop optimal strategies aligned with client objectives.
Educational Qualifications
- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA - mandatory.
- Additional certifications in Real Estate Finance or Investment Banking will be an advantage.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 8 years of strong experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or capital markets.

- Proven track record in fund raising, debt syndication, M&A transactions, or structured finance.
- Well-established network within the Bangalore real estate developer and investor community.
