Were Hiring: Contact Centre Trainer | Chennai
MGM Healthcare is looking for a passionate Contact Centre Trainer to upskill our teams and elevate patient engagement across inbound, outbound, marketing, digital, and emergency workflows.
What You ll Do:
- Design & deliver induction, refresher, and digital-first training programs.
- Convert complex hospital workflows into clear SOPs, call flows & decision trees.
- Coach teams on empathy, call handling, escalation management, and patient-first communication.
- Partner with Operations, QA, Marketing, and IT for seamless rollout of initiatives.
- Track training impact on call quality, conversions, and patient satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 to 6 years in healthcare contact centers, 1 to 2 years in training/SME roles.
- Skilled in adult learning, coaching, SOP creation, CRM systems, and digital health platforms.
- Analytical, patient-centric, performance-driven, with strong communication & stakeholder managementskills.
