-Front-line deskside support & urgent incident response
-New-joiner setups, hardware swaps & MDM enrolment
-Access control, biometric enrolments & office cabling
-Vendor coordination, deliveries & asset updates
-On-call/after-hours support for critical issues
What we re looking for:
-4+ years experience in IT administration/support
-Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software & networks
-Hands-on with MDM, access control & IT infrastructure
-A customer-first mindset with great communication skills
