Director - HR Tech & Platform

Summary of the Role:

Lead the global HR Business Solutions function, driving the strategy, design, governance, and optimization of enterprise HR platforms including Workday, Recruiting, Learning, and related HR technologies. This role will be responsible for enabling scalable, compliant, and integrated HR processes while delivering an exceptional employee experience through technology, automation, and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Technology & Platform Leadership:

• Own the strategy and roadmap for enterprise HR systems, including Workday and related talent and learning platforms.

• Ensure alignment between HR strategy, operating models, and technology solutions.

HR Process Transformation:

• Translate HR policies and process requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Integration & Data Management:

• Oversee seamless integration between HR platforms, payroll systems, learning technologies, analytics solutions, and service delivery tools.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability across all HR systems.
• Partner with technology teams on architecture, platform health, and integration strategy.

Product Delivery & Governance:

• Lead prioritization and delivery of HR technology enhancements and releases.
• Establish governance frameworks for demand management, solution design, and release execution.
• Drive measurable outcomes including adoption, efficiency improvements, and enhanced employee experience.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Partner closely with senior HR, Technology, Finance, and Operations leaders.
• Manage and develop a global team of internal and external professionals.
• Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors and implementation partners.
• Lead change management and drive successful adoption of new capabilities and solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, HR Digital Transformation, HR Systems, or Business Solutions leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in Workday and enterprise HR platforms.
• Proven experience leading global HR technology programs within large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of HR operating models, process design, data architecture, and systems integration.
• Demonstrated success leading large global teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex transformation initiatives, balancing business priorities, risk, governance, and delivery outcomes.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Experience:

• AI and automation enablement within HR processes.
• Workforce analytics and digital employee experience initiatives.
• Global HR shared services or HR transformation environments.
• Knowledge of end-to-end HR process taxonomies and workflow frameworks.
