Integrated Business Planning Lead - SCM & Operations

:
- Own and drive the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / IBP process for the assigned business unit, integrating demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial planning into a single consensus-driven plan.
- Act as a business leader rather than a planner, partnering with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership teams to establish governance forums, drive executive decision-making, and align operational plans with business profitability and growth objectives.
- Lead strategic planning, annual budgeting, demand-supply balancing, capacity utilization, inventory optimization, and working capital improvements while supporting business cases for future capacity expansion and capital investments.
- Resolve supply-demand conflicts, allocation challenges, production constraints, and fulfilment trade-offs through data-driven decisions, ensuring improvements in EBITDA, customer service levels, OTIF performance, and inventory productivity.
- Drive digital transformation and planning excellence by leveraging advanced planning platforms such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, and scenario-based planning tools to improve forecasting accuracy, visibility, and decision-making.
