Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand presence within the dynamic sports, athletics, and lifestyle sectors. In this leadership capacity, you will be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and elevate our market positioning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative departments, while managing external agency partners and high-profile influencers. Your efforts will directly drive brand equity, customer acquisition, and long-term business growth, ensuring that our brand remains at the forefront of the evolving lifestyle and athletic landscape in India. This role is based in Gurugram and requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex market insights into compelling consumer narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with our long-term business objectives to strengthen our market share in the sports and lifestyle segments.
• Lead end-to-end campaign management, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless integration across digital, social media, and offline channels to maximize consumer engagement.
• Oversee influencer marketing initiatives by identifying and partnering with key opinion leaders who authentically represent our brand values and expand our reach to target demographics.
• Utilize marketing analytics to monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights that optimize ROI and inform future product marketing decisions.
• Manage large-scale event marketing and experiential activations to build community loyalty and provide tangible brand experiences for our customers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product launches with broader marketing calendars, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across all touchpoints.
