Odoo Functional Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Odoo Functional Consultant based in Rajkot. The Odoo Functional Consultant will oversee the implementation and customization of Odoo ERP solutions for clients to optimize their business processes. Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, configuring Odoo modules, facilitating communications between developers and clients, troubleshooting issues, training users, and providing ongoing support for successful adoption of Odoo solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to understand and optimize business processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
• Knowledge in business processes, consulting, and process improvement methodologies
• Understanding of finance and accounting concepts related to ERP implementations

• Proficiency in Odoo ERP is highly desirable
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, train end-users, and provide solutions effectively
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in ERP consulting or business process analysis is a plus
