Operations Manager

Operations Manager main tasks include overseeing the safe, efficient, and profitable deployment of UAV operations, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role involves managing daily UAV operations, leading a team of pilots, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver actionable insights from aerial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• UAV Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of UAV deployments, ensuring they are conducted safely and efficiently while maximizing profitability.
• Team Leadership: Manage and support the deployment team and pilots, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to perform their duties.
• Data Processing & Analysis: Process and analyze aerial data to produce detailed maps, models, and reports, providing valuable insights for surveyors, engineers, and project managers.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all UAV operations comply with the specific regulations of each project location and adhere to company safety protocols.

• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot drone equipment to guarantee optimal performance and reliability during operations.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Site Visits: Travel to various project sites to oversee UAV operations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough records and reports of all flights, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UAV operations management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
