Business Strategy And Operations Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead the strategic planning and operational execution for a key business unit within Microsoft India.

What you will do: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and execute business plans aligned with overall corporate objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for assigned projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• 
  Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Present recommendations and progress reports to senior management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent degree with 3-5 years of experience in business strategy, operations, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in the technology industry (preferred).
