Were looking for a Business Development Associate to help us identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and contribute to our overall client acquisition efforts.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for lead generation, prospect research, outreach, email marketing, and identifying business opportunities across different channels, including freelancing platforms.

Youll work closely with the internal team to build a strong sales pipeline and turn potential prospects into meaningful business opportunities.

• Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries
• Generate and maintain a database of qualified leads
• Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
• Plan and execute cold email and outreach campaigns
• Explore and generate business opportunities through freelancing platforms
• Research prospects and understand their business needs
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients
• Track leads, outreach activities, responses, and conversions
• Qualify prospects and identify potential business opportunities
• Coordinate with the internal team to move qualified leads through the sales pipeline
• Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for business growth

Familiarity with platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.

Were looking for someone who is proactive, confident, target-oriented, and comfortable initiating conversations with potential clients.

You should be able to independently research prospects, identify opportunities, execute outreach, and consistently follow up to build a healthy sales pipeline.
