Role Description

The Human Resources Intern role is an on-site internship based in Indore. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding documentation. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, helping implement HR policies, and supporting communication related to benefits, attendance, and performance processes. The intern will assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, gathering feedback, and preparing HR reports and presentations for the HR team and management. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR practices in a fast-paced digital environment and the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) concepts and HR Management practices.
• Understanding of HR Policies and compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Basic knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and comfort working with HR data and documentation.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
• Interest in working in a digital, growth-focused environment and willingness to learn from mentors.
