Job Description

Position Summary: Deputy Area Sales Manager-Pune
The purpose of the role is to design and implement & execute the Sales plan as per the function head and expand the companys customer base & revenue in the assigned market.
Work Youll Do
  • Responsible as Complete Key Account Management, Generating Business, Achieving AOP Targets, managing Margins & Enhancing Profitability.
  • A good team player with Sales Force or CRM experience.
  • Winning Competitors customer and working dormant customers too.
  • Keeping track of business environment, technology trends, competitor products & strategy, and generating inroads for the Company into non-traditional/new market segments.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Develop new business opportunities in multiple territories assigned for Injection Molding Machines.
  • Visiting Customers Regularly to ensure liaison & converting them into repeat customers, Developing New Customer Base, Reviving Dormant Customers & Conquest the competitors customers and retention of existing customers.
  • Understanding the requirements of customers and ensuring the right machine sizing, selection and proposed solution to win businesses.
  • Speed to market with quick responses and submission of proposals/ quotations & keeping constant follow-up to convert into business.
  • Monitoring and ensuring order Submission in Big Machines and process enhancement.
  • Coordinate for timely Delivery of Machines & installation of machines along with Collection of Balance Payments for Machines.

Basic Qualifications
BE/ BTech - Electrical; BE/ BTech - Mechanical; BE/ BTech – Plastic & Polymer; 6- 8+ Years Experience in Capital / or similar Equipment Sales.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters in Business Administration (MBA-Sales & Marketing)
