Business Development And Sales Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth by acquiring new customers, expanding business with existing customers, identifying new market opportunities and supporting the companys long-term commercial strategy.

This is a customer-facing role requiring strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen and the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Quality and Finance to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers across domestic & export markets
• Build relationships with manufacturers, retailers, distributors & private label brands
• Convert leads into long-term business partnerships
• Develop domestic channels: Modern Trade, Institutional, HORECA, E-commerce & more
• Represent Miltop at trade fairs and customer meetings
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Track competitors, pricing trends & market developments
• Share insights to support business strategy and growth decisions

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Key Accounts
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
• Experience in FMCG, food, ingredients or export business preferred
• Ability to build relationships and close deals
• Willingness to travel (domestic & international)
