- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master's preferred).
- Professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CMA, ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
- Total of 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, within catering and/or hospitality industry
- A minimum 5 years' experience as Finance Manager in a medium business unit
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws, IFRS standards, and local labour regulations. Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally, Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
