Business Analyst

About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst who can confidently engage with both business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be skilled in translating business needs into technical requirements and bridging communication between functional and technical domains.

Core Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Translate business objectives into technical specifications and actionable insights.

- Work closely with technical teams on solutions involving Power BI, Data Analytics, and Data Warehousing.

- Facilitate discussions and workshops with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and deliverables.

- Prepare clear documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.

- Ensure solutions meet both business expectations and technical feasibility.

Prerequisites

- Hands-on experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

- Exposure to SQL and databases.

- Previous experience in IT/Analytics/Consulting domain.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to confidently interact with both business and technical stakeholders.

- Good understanding of Power BI, data visualization, and analytics concepts.

- Knowledge of Data Warehousing and data modeling principles.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- B.Tech / M.Tech, in a related field or equivalent.

- 5+ yrs of relevant exp as a Business Analyst
