Job Purpose

Support data remediation and review activities within Lending Operations. Responsibilities include researching systems or source documentation for required data, identifying conflicts, documenting findings, supporting remediation activities, executing procedures, and delivering regular progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated issues identified during remediation exercises
• Monitor progress towards deliverables; measure and report against SLAs
• Manage workflow, track weekly performance against defined metrics
  
• Support any other remediation or review exercise within Lending Operations

Person Specification

Knowledge / Experience:

• Essential: 23 years of Banking Operations experience (Corporate Banking)
• Desirable: Lending Operations experience

Skills:

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Data analysis capability
• Good email writing skills

Qualifications:

• Essential: Any Graduate / Degree or equivalent
