Job Description
The Senior Analyst Operations ROI will be responsible for handling incoming requests for medical records from patients, healthcare providers, and other authorized entities. The role involves ensuring strict adherence to privacy laws and institutional policies to maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information. The individual will manage and organize patient records while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. Additionally, they will verify proper authorization before releasing any records, acting as a gatekeeper to protect sensitive information. The position also requires strong problem-solving skills to resolve inconsistencies in patient files and address issues related to record access efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing requests: Handle incoming requests for medical records from patients, healthcare providers, and other authorized entities.
- Ensuring compliance: Adhere strictly to privacy laws and institutional policies to ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information.
- Maintaining records: Manage and organize patient records and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.
- Verifying authorization: Act as a gatekeeper to verify that the person requesting the information has proper authorization before releasing any records.
- • Problem-solving: Resolve inconsistencies in patient files and address issues related to record access.

Qualification:
Any non-technical bachelor’s degree (BSC, B-Pharma, B. Com, BA, Nursing, Life Science etc.)
Experience:
1-4 years in any US Healthcare Process like Release of Information, Claims Adjudication/Adjustment, Medical Billing, RCM etc. Healthcare document retrieval experience will be an added advantage.
