Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager, who is CA-qualified to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, taxation compliance, budgeting, internal controls, and team management. The ideal candidate will have progressive experience in accounting and finance, with a strong grasp of Indian Accounting Standards and taxation laws.
Job Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Taxation and Compliance:
• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and tax assessments.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor budget variances and provide analysis and recommendations to management.
• Internal Controls and Process Improvement:
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial and accounting systems.
  

Essential Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership of the Institute of Chartered
• Accountants of India (ICAI).
• Candidate should have at least 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, after CA Qualified.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Should be at a level of finance controller.
