Job Description

    The IT Lead position at our customer's office in Mumbai requires a proactive individual to drive the IT strategy, infrastructure management, and cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives effectively.
    In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the IT roadmap in alignment with company goals, ensuring scalability, compliance, and seamless integration of IT systems across various departments. You will work closely with vendors to identify and onboard IT systems such as ERP, Field Force, and Inventory Management software while overseeing vendor contracts and implementation timelines.
    Managing IT infrastructure will be a key aspect of your role, including overseeing network, hardware, and cloud solutions to ensure integration, security, and network reliability. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing cybersecurity, data security, disaster recovery systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
    Supporting sales teams with Field Force tools, operation, and ensuring the smooth functioning of inventory and order management systems will also fall under your purview. Your technical skills in ERP systems, inventory tools, field force systems, and familiarity with supply chain and inventory software will be crucial in this role.

    The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of industry experience in managerial roles, preferably in pharma, trade generics, or FMCG, along with proficiency in ERP, inventory tools, field force systems, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Strong project and vendor management skills, the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, and a Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.) qualification are highly desirable.
