As a Franchise Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in the expansion and growth of our franchise network. With a strong focus on achieving targets and a passion for challenging work, you will be responsible for handling franchise inquiries, engaging with potential clients, and facilitating the establishment of new stores. Your knowledge of franchise policies and processes will be essential as you guide clients through the necessary documentation such as LOIs and franchise agreements.
In addition to developing new client relationships through various channels, you will also be tasked with maintaining regular communication with existing clients to ensure strong relationships. Keeping track of store profiles and investor information will be part of your routine, along with conducting market surveys and analyzing operational stores" performance.
Collaboration with the Head of Department and coordination with other teams will be crucial in your role. You will also be involved in projects aimed at converting other brands into our company, engaging with consultants to identify potential investors, and convincing investors to acquire company-owned stores.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Up-to-date knowledge of the industrial and fashion market trends
