General Manager - Marketing - Retail

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute 360 marketing and communication strategies across digital, print, OOH, radio, and on-ground platforms.
- Lead mall campaigns, seasonal promotions, events, and experiential activations.
- Drive social media, CRM, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Manage tenant communications and joint marketing initiatives with retail brands.
- Lead PR, media relations, corporate communications, and crisis communication.

- Analyze consumer insights and campaign performance to improve engagement and customer experience.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders for seamless campaign execution.
- Drive brand strategy, communication planning, ideation, and agency briefing.
Preferred Candidate:
- 12-15 years of overall marketing/communications experience.
- Candidates from product-led organizations preferred.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, brand management, and 360 marketing.
- Proven exposure to retail/mall marketing, events, activations, or experiential marketing.
- Prior advertising agency experience followed by in-house marketing experience will be an advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and multiple marketing campaigns.
- English and Hindi fluency required; Marathi preferred.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
