Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts - Real Estate - CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall Finance & Accounts function and provide strategic financial inputs to senior management.
• Drive annual budgeting, business planning, forecasting and financial strategy.
• Oversee financial reporting, MIS and quarterly/interim Board & management reporting.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory and internal audits.
• Review financial, accounting and reporting processes and drive process improvements.
• Oversee project costing, cash flow, WIP, budget vs. actuals, cost variations and working capital.
• Partner with Commercial/Project teams on tendering, BOQ, project costs, contracts and final settlements.
• Monitor financial implications of project delays, extensions and cost variations.
• Oversee direct/indirect tax, withholding tax and related compliance.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation and oversee Yardi stabilization for Property Management.
• Ensure alignment with Group-level reporting and processes.
• Lead, develop and retain the Finance & Accounts team.

Preferred Candidate:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 7 - 15 years of overall experience.
• Experience working in an institutional platform/environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Current IFRS / IND-AS experience will be an advantage.
• Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, controls, audit and compliance.
• Exposure to project/development finance, project costing, working capital and commercial finance preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (PS, MM & FICO) preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with exposure to Power Query, PowerPivot, VBA/Macros, Power BI and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Industry: Any; experience in Development/Property Management or project-driven organizations would be an advantage.
