Hiring: Relationship Manager SME Loans (Big Ticket)
We are looking for high-performing Relationship Managers to join our SME Lending vertical in Agra and Moradabad. If you have a knack for building credit-worthy portfolios and a track record of handling high-value business loans, we want to talk to you.
The Role:
* Portfolio Growth: Identify and acquire new SME clients for loan requirements, specifically focusing on big-ticket sizes (up to ?1 Cr and above).
* End-to-End Execution: Manage the entire loan lifecycle from sourcing and login to credit appraisal and final disbursement.

* Relationship Management: Maintain healthy ties with existing clients to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities.
Who You Are:
* Experienced: Minimum 25 years in SME/Business Banking or NBFCs.
* Ticket Size Specialist: Proven experience in handling cases of ?50 Lakhs to ?1 Cr.
