Role Description The Senior HR Recruiter will lead end-to-end talent acquisition for clinical, technical, and support roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring to meet the hospitals growth and operational needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to understand workforce requirements, drafting job descriptions, managing job postings, proactively sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes. The role involves managing recruitment metrics, maintaining candidate pipelines, improving recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations. The Senior HR Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, candidate experience optimization, and onboarding coordination to help new hires integrate effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role based at MIOT International in Tiruvallur.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for diverse roles.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, with experience partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand and fulfill talent needs.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and online recruitment platforms (job boards, professional networks, social media).
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements relevant to healthcare or large-scale organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and internal teams.
