Job Description

    Free Workshop
    You will be responsible for various accounting tasks including assisting in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control. You will play a key role in implementing new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines. Additionally, you will be expected to provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements will also be part of your responsibilities. You will assist with and serve as the main point of contact for auditor requests while handling sensitive information in a confidential manner. Basic knowledge of TALLY - GST, TDS, ITR is required for this role.

    To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or possess an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A minimum of 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience is preferred. Proficiency in Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications, at an intermediate to advanced level is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with experience using accounting software, particularly TALLY SOFTWARE. Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for effective communication across the organization. A thorough understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation is expected, and attention to detail is highly valued.,
