Job Description
- As a Production Planner in the embroidery sector, your role will involve planning, scheduling, and managing production workflows to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely delivery of orders. You will be required to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules considering machine capacity, material availability, and delivery deadlines.
- Analyze work orders to determine efficient production sequences.
- Coordinate with the merchandising team to align production plans with customer requirements.
- Manage Time and Action (T&A) calendars to track progress against deadlines.
- Manage allocation of raw materials and ensure timely delivery through coordination with the procurement team.
- Allocate embroidery machines and operators efficiently, monitor inventory levels, and manage stock replacement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all production processes.
- Compulsory: Candidate must have a BIKE and a valid license for smooth operations.
- Collaborate with various teams for seamless order execution and assist in forecasting material needs based on production demand.

- Experience: 1-2 years in production planning within the embroidery or garment manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of production processes and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic production planning tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Please note: The company provides Provident Fund as a benefit for this full-time position. The work location is in person at SACHIN, SURAT.
