• Tax Compliance, Tax Planning, Drafting replies, Litigation Matters, Assessment and appeals, Direct Tax, Income Tax, Corporate Taxation,
• Execute performance measures that support the companys financial strategic direction by implementing systems and processes for effective deployment of the function.
• To facilitate in tax planning, statutory compliance of Direct Tax and Timely deposition of taxes.
• Liaison with auditors, tax authorities, tax advisors and provide tax audit support.
• Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports, accruals and manage tax compliance.
• Prepare replies, submission and information against notices received from Income Tax department, get it approved and submit, accordingly.
• Ensure to get timely refund of Income Tax
• To attends the hearing before the Assessing Officer.
• Facilitate to group staff members in tax/TDS related issues.
• Check the computation of income, advance tax & deferred tax assets/liabilities and timely payment of tax.
• Monitoring taxes and TDS payments and reconciliation on quarterly basis and prepare justification in case of variations.
• Having hands on experience of corporate direct taxation including filling of returns, drafting of replies during assessment, appellate & litigation proceedings etc.
