Job Posting: Full Stack Developer

Location: MIT-ADT University, Vishwa Rajbaug Campus, Loni Kalbhor, Pune - 412201

Full Stack Developer Role & Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

1. Manage and maintain the universitys official website, ensuring consistent functionality

and performance.

2. Develop and design landing pages based on university requirements and marketing

strategies.

3. Work on PHP, Laravel, and WordPress projects, customizing and developing solutions

aligned with the universitys needs.

4. Utilize server-side knowledge to manage operations, optimize performance, and ensure

security.

5. Apply UI/UX principles to create user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing

interfaces.

6. Experience with MySQL or similar enterprise databases, including policy lifecycle

management in database administration.

7. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration, deployment, and

strong technical involvement.

8. Unit Testing and fixing bugs or other issues.

9. Basic Server-Side Knowledge.

10. Social Media Campaigning Knowledge.

11. Basic SEO Optimization Knowledge Likewise Google Analytics Reports etc.

Personal Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both

technical and non-technical stakeholders.

2. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and independently drive projects to completion.

3. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing

potential challenges.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum: 2-3 years of relevant full stack development experience.

Technical Skills (Full-Stack): PHP, HTML, CSS, WordPress, Laravel, GitLab, Git-hub, JavaScript,

SQL, MongoDB, Java, bash scripting, React.js, Node.js, Express,
