Job Description
What role you will play in team: Support the M&A team in evaluating potential acquisitions and divestitures.
What you will do: Conduct financial due diligence, build financial models, and prepare presentations for senior management.
Key responsibility:
- Conduct financial due diligence on potential targets.
- Develop financial models for mergers and acquisitions.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
- Analyze financial data and market trends.
- Support the negotiation process.
- Assist with post-acquisition integration.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- MBA in Finance or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in M&A.
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, DCF).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Understanding of valuation methodologies.
