2. Job Purpose
Write content for social media posts, product/service descriptions, website copy, and campaign
copy (Content for Email, SMS, Social Media, article, blog to mention).
3. Key Accountability
Strategic - Support in execution of marketing department strategies
Operational
Develop compelling thought-leadership content for the founder & President of Organization.
Bring his thought-leadership vision to life through content that focuses on his journey,
milestone, Events and themes.
Generate content ideas/themes/topics in alignment with social media presence.
Create and manage the social media calendar effectively.
Write content for social media posts, product/service descriptions, website copy, and
campaign copy (Content for Email, SMS, Social Media, article, blog to mention).
Analyze content marketing strategies of competitors/ relevant third-party websites and pitch
suitable article ideas
To maintain social media pages of Organization, Content / blog writing, Creative Writing
SMO, Crisis Communication, Online Reputation Management, Influencer marketing
Research Development
Research and gathering useful information and writing relevant content as per the style,
tone, and company requirements.
Financial and Budget - Ensure budget pertaining to your areas of function is utilized, optimized
and tracked
Collaborations Within the university functions
Academic
Staying abreast of developments in the areas of content writing
External Representation
As and when required and essential in the role

Substantial Technical and Leadership experience
Ability to get the work done by taking initiative and reasonable aggressive approach.
External Relations and Corporate engagement
Extend support whenever required in maintaining the external relations and corporate
engagements
Personal attributes and style
Excellent Writing, Spelling, and understanding of grammar are essential to the role -
ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
The Content Writer should understand audience and what motivates them online. A flair
for writing with an understanding of what works on the internet, Social Media.
You should be able to adapt to the fast-paced work culture.

Minimum Qualification & Experience
A bachelor's degree in any domain.

3-4 yrs of experience in the desired domain (education sector)
Applicant should have a flair for writing.
Impeccable English writing skills along with a strong command on grammar and
punctuation.
Should have knowledge of SEO, use of keyword in Title, Heading, Sub-Heading, and
Contents. Knowledge of writing Meta-Title and Meta-Description.
