Job Description
- Role & responsibilities
- Complete circuit level analysis of customer returned (Warranty / Line claim) ECU & Brush-less motor.
- Customer visit for joint vehicle level evidence collection & warranty management.
- Line / Warranty returned parts report explanation to customer after thorough investigation and closure.
- Co-ordination with Headquarter team & plant CFT for root cause investigation & solid countermeasures.
- In-process line drop parts analysis of SMT & ECU line.
- Management, plan & procurement of Inspection, Measurement, Analysis & Test Equipment.
- Adherence to all QA and organizational processes / SOPs and execution of all assigned QA responsibilities in compliance to guidelines mentioned in process / procedures.
- Operation Knowledge Requirement
- In depth In-process knowledge of SMT and Electrical Parts/Product manufacturing process. Well versed with fundamental working principles of electronic components & PCBs etc.
- Should have understanding of vehicle CAN interface.
- Day to day review of Rejection, Rework, NC Part Analysis, Root Cause Analysis based on Problem Phenomenon and Countermeasure Planning.
- Management and use of analysis tools usage. i.e. CANoe/CANanalyzer/CANape, Oscilloscope, Simulator bench & other testers is mandatory.
- Knowledge of process documentation like PFD, Control Plan, PFMEA, Inspection Standards etc., and verification of products and processes at regular intervals with respect to the same.
- Should be able to interpret organization processes and execute all activities as per process / procedures etc. Should be well aware about IATF 16949:2016 and its core tools.
- Should be able to assign, communicate, delegate work / responsibilities to juniors and should have the capability of reporting to superiors with required degree of clarity.
- Excellent communication skill is must.
