Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement. This internship is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and understanding how strong teams are built.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain HR records, employee databases, and documentation
Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and best practices
Assist the HR team with daily operational tasks
Help in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance records
Eligibility Criteria
Students or recent graduates pursuing BBA, B.Com, MBA (HR), or related fields
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic understanding of HR functions
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
