Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement. This internship is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and understanding how strong teams are built.

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain HR records, employee databases, and documentation
• Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
• Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and best practices
• Assist the HR team with daily operational tasks
• Help in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance records
• Eligibility Criteria
• Students or recent graduates pursuing BBA, B.Com, MBA (HR), or related fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
