Role: Advertisement & Subscription Sales
This is a 3rd party contractual role. Candidates with background in corporate sales, B2B sales, institutional subscriptions, advertising from corporates, space selling will work for this position.

KEY DELIVERABLES:
Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation
- Build partnerships with new clients & pitch idea of conference as per latest developments in market & competitor strategy for products that they deal in (all varieties of secondary steel and coal).
- Maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure repeat business. Explore all opportunities of upselling/ cross selling services to them.
- Maintain relationships with sponsors so as to attract sponsorships and funds for the events to be organized.
- Meet revenue targets of the business unit by attracting more sponsors, paid delegates and utilizing all other channels of revenue.
- Capture leads from conferences and events and follow up with them to get business. Prepare a proper database of leads and their status for analysis.
- Drafting proposals and commercials for approval from BU Head.
- Generate revenue by selling advertising space in the magazines published by mjunction.
- Contact point for internal and external audits, ISO certifications, etc.
- Ensure outstanding revenues greater than 90 days is NIL.
Support in Organizing Conferences
- Support the seniors and pitch about our conferences & events to prospective speakers and delegates from the industry. Share leads of the ones who are interested with the seniors to be invited for the conference.
- Support in end-to-end arrangements for organizing conferences including marketing campaigns for conferences, communication channels to be used, arranging media partners for coverage, etc. Assist Managers in handling them efficiently.
- Ensure event logistics are arranged for properly (including transportation, giveaways, food, décor, backdrop, marketing collaterals, etc.).
- Documentation of all bills of vendors and coordinate with internal audit & finance department, etc. for processing these.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 4-6 years of experience of space selling and event sales (delegate & sponsors), building relationships with new and existing clients.
- Lead generation, database management and analysis of data.
- Awareness of key developments in the market and identify business opportunities.
