Sales & Business Development professional to drive the expansion of our Industrial Goods vertical in the US, UK and UAE. The professional will be responsible for generating and converting opportunities, building a network of partners, acquiring buyers, and increasing transaction value per buyer on the platform.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years of platform sales, Bto B ecommerce or manufacturing sales experience preferably target geographies in the US market/UK market/UAE market.
  • Technical degree preferred; Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering +MBA.
  • International Client visit experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven success in:
  • Client acquisition & account management.
  • Building strategic relationships with decision-makers.
  • Driving client retention, deal negotiations, and revenue growth.
  • Strong ability to scan the business environment, analyse competition, and develop winning value propositions.

Scope of Work (Responsibilities)

  • Establish sales systems and processes to grow business in North America/ UK and European countries
  • Drive business development and lead generation to acquire new enterprise buyers and expand account revenues.
  • Build territory management plans and GTM strategies in collaboration with marketing and category teams.
  • Lead branding and partnership initiatives to expand visibility and business ties in the US/UK and UAE market.
  • Conduct market analysis, evaluate competitive dynamics, and provide insights on industry trends to shape business growth.
  • Recommend new product/service opportunities emerging from customer needs and market trends.
  • Manage and drive pre-sales, pursuit management, and proposal development, ensuring commercial and contractual commitments are met.
  • Consistently achieve revenue, conversion, and pipeline growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Category, Supplier, Marketing) to align execution with business priorities.
