Job Description
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Courier Industry Sales (Mandatory)
Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 15,000 per month + Fuel Allowance + Sales Commission
Employment Type: Full-TimeRole Overview:We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager (Courier Sales) to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base in the courier and logistics sector. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in courier industry sales, excellent communication skills, and strong business development acumen.Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers to expand the company’s courier and logistics client portfolio.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue and business targets.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare customized proposals and quotations for clients and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development activities.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery processes.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback in CRM systems and prepare periodic sales performance reports.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in the courier or logistics industry (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of courier operations, domestic and international logistics, and customer service expectations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
- Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
- Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 15,000 per month (based on experience).
- Additional Benefits: Fuel Allowance + Attractive Sales Commission.
- Other Benefits: As per UAE labor law.
