Were looking for a visual storyteller someone who thinks like a filmmaker and moves like a reel creator.

What Youll Do:

• Plan and visualize short-form content, think Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, short ads.
• Conceptualize shots, camera angles, mood, energy of the video that is going to be edited.
• Edit fast-paced, engaging videos for brand campaigns, social media, and marketing ads.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI tools (RunwayML, Pika Labs, generative VFX, auto-editors) into your workflow.
• Stay sharp with the latest editing styles, visual trends, and formats.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers and content strategists to maintain a strong visual identity.

Must-Have Skills:

• Editing mastery in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong visual sense shot planning, transitions, pace, story arcs.
• Comfort using AI tools like RunwayML, Pika Labs, and prompt-based video tools.
• Passion for cinematic ad-style editing, but adapted for social platforms (fast, sharp, emotional).
• Quick learner attitude ready to adapt styles depending on the brand voice.

Bonus:

• Experience shooting small shoots (phone/DSLR), storyboarding, or motion graphics is a huge plus.
• Interest in meme culture, pop culture, trends, and making content that sticks
